Royal Reflections Exterior Cleaning Total Home Exterior Care Plan – Service Agreement This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Royal Reflections Exterior Cleaning ("Company") and the undersigned Client ("Client") for participation in the Total Home Exterior Care Plan ("Plan"). 1. Program Overview The Total Home Exterior Care Plan is an annual maintenance program designed to maintain the exterior cleanliness and appearance of the Client’s property. Services are performed on a quarterly basis and may include, but are not limited to: house washing, pressure washing of driveways and walkways, roof washing, window cleaning, lanai or screen enclosure cleaning, and other exterior cleaning services as determined by the Company. 2. Billing & Payment Authorization Client agrees to pay a recurring monthly fee for participation in the Plan. Payments will be automatically charged to the credit or debit card on file on the 1st day of each month. Client authorizes Royal Reflections Exterior Cleaning to store payment information securely and process recurring payments. Failure of payment may result in suspension or termination of services. 3. Term & Cancellation This Agreement is for a minimum term of twelve (12) months from the start date. Early cancellation by Client requires thirty (30) days written notice and will result in an early termination fee equal to the remaining balance of the annual contract or the value of services already rendered at standard, non-discounted rates, whichever is greater. No refunds will be issued for partial months or completed services. The Client acknowledges and agrees that this agreement automatically renews unless proper written notice is provided at least thirty (30) days in advance. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. 4. Scheduling & Access Client agrees to provide reasonable access to the property on scheduled service dates. The Company reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond its control. 5. Damage Waiver & Limitation of Liability Client acknowledges that exterior cleaning involves the use of water, detergents, and cleaning solutions. While reasonable precautions are taken to protect landscaping, including pre wetting, and rinsing vegetation, some plants may be sensitive to these solutions. Royal Reflections Exterior Cleaning shall not be held responsible for damage to plants, landscaping, grass, flowers, shrubs, or vegetation resulting from plant sensitivity, pre-existing conditions, improper irrigation, drainage issues, or proximity of vegetation to treated surfaces. Client agrees to hold the Company harmless from any such claims 6. Satisfaction & Standard of Care Services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. While the Company strives for excellent results, no guarantee is made against future staining, organic growth, or environmental factors beyond the Company’s control. 7. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
